Step 1

Schedule Your First Visit

To begin with, you will provide an in depth & comprehensive health history to our practitioner, review an inBody, and conclude your first visit with an updated lab panel. Fasting is preferred.

Step 2

Initial Follow Up

At your second visit, we will spend a full hour discussing your labs and creating your individualized care plan based on your goals.

Step 3

6 Week Follow Up

Additionally, we believe in walking closely with you on your journey to optimal health. Therefore, patients typically return again at six weeks to monitor intervention progress.
