We Are Jess & Jordan: founders of Elevate Health!
We are a husband and wife duo living in Greenwood, Indiana. Jordan is a firefighter and paramedic for IFD and is an alumni of Center Grove High School. Jess is a former ER nurse turned integrative medicine Nurse Practitioner. Jess graduated from IU in 2009 with her BSN. In 2018 she graduate from University of Indianapolis with her MSN. Since then she has obtained various certs in functional medicine and is working towards becoming a certified IFM provider. She is a lifetime learner. Since 2021 she has touched the lives of over 700 clients in this space. Together they have two children, Blake and Jordyn and a geriatric pitbull named Roxi.
