Meet Our Team
Meet Jess & Jordan, Founders of Elevate Health
We are a husband-and-wife team living in Greenwood, Indiana, and we created Elevate Health to offer patients a more personal, root-cause approach to wellness. Jordan is a firefighter and paramedic with the Indianapolis Fire Department and a Center Grove High School alumnus. Jess is a former ER nurse and integrative medicine nurse practitioner who earned her BSN from Indiana University in 2009 and her MSN from the University of Indianapolis in 2018. Since then, she has continued advanced training in functional medicine and is working toward IFM certification. Since 2021, Jess has supported more than 1,100 clients in this space. Together, we are raising two children, Blake and Jordyn, and caring for our geriatric pit bull, Roxi.
